Your first visit
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
After your treatment
- Avoid swimming and baths for two hours, to protect the skin where the needles were placed.
- Drink plenty of water, rest, and avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for the rest of the day.
- Mild soreness or tiny bruises are normal and fade within a day or two.
- Contact the clinic if anything feels off.
